Proposal to replace redundant disused garages with two timber houses. Designed to appear like tree houses on the ground, they sit comfortably amongst the surrounding mature trees.
The proposal is very sustainable (Code for Sustainable Homes Level 5/6).
Both properties have private parking and landscaped rear gardens.
The houses have now been built representing two of the most sustainable private homes in south London.
