•Oversee on site until completion.

Greville Road is a new build stucco villa arranged as five self contained flats, situated in the London Borough of Westminster. The property is spread over 5 floors from basement to loft.

The project was completed in summer 2018.

Shortlisted for Brent Design Award 2023

Our role:

Location: Willesden

Demolition of existing buildings and erection of 9 residential units together with parking, landscaping and associated works. The scheme proposes six 2 x bedroom units and three 4 x bedroom units.

Heathfield Road, Ealing

Our role:

Location: Ealing

Redevelopment of the property involving a two storey rear extension and creating a basement including front, rear and side patio for the provision of 9 self contained flats over basement, ground, first and second floor.

Christchurch Avenue, Brent

Planning permission achieved for 6 new family homes in LB Brent.

Our role:

Location: Barnes

Charles Street is a new build development for 4 detached townhouses, a flat and an office situated in Barnes, in the London Borough of Richmond.

The houses are spread across basement and ground floor and knit seamlessly into the existing fabric between existing terraces.

Off street parking incorporates a car stacker system.

The project was completed December 2017.

Market Place, Acton

Shortlisted for Ealing Civic Society Design Award 2023

Our role:

•To secure planning permission

Location: Acton

Planning permission achieved for seven new residential units and a retail unit.

Three studio flats, three 1 beds and one 2 bed. Architecturally the building aims to be an exemplary piece of modern design while at the same time respecting the sensitive location of the site within the Acton Town Centre Conservation Area. The retail units are characterised by large panes of shop front glazing creating a strong visual connection to the street and the main body of the building is defined by bays of full height french doors with ornate Juliet balconies.
